You will be absorbed on on roll will be getting fix salary as committed in appointment letter
You have to recruit Life insurance advisors also commonly known as commission agents from your local references.
You need to guide your team of advisors to sell products means LI policies in advisor's circle.
You need to plan your monthly sales target.
Need to send reports to managers about daily workings etc.
