Job Description

Roles & Responsibility :-

• Ensure to complete the operation with proper plan as per SOP.
• Maintaining and updating accurate MIS of all the materials.
• Maintaining the inflow and outflow of materials as per company policy.
• Close Coordination with Hierarchical associates and vendors.
• Maintaining coordination with the VLEs regarding materials request.
• Experienced in handling the team for stores and dispatch
• Knowledgeable in complete material end-to-end process.
• Ensuring safety of all materials while transit from one location to another.
• Closure of requisition on time/as early as possible (TAT).
• Maintaining the timelines set in all deliverables.
• Regular tracking of materials in transit. and coordination with the suppliers for delivery.

• Work Planning & Management.
• Good analytical skills including data analytics and report writing.
• Possess consultative and collaborative capacities.
• Ability to work under supervision and also at individual level.
• Ability to consistently maintain a positive and constructive attitude.
• Open to Travel.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of regional language(s) would be an asset.
