    We are hiring for a premium international voice process

    Job Title: Customer Care Executive (International Process)

    Location: Bhayandar ,Malad ,Chandivali ,Thane

     

    Responsibilities:

    - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via call

    - Provide accurate and timely information to customers

    - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns

    - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards

    - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

     

    Requirements:

    - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

    - Graduation not mandatory

    - Residence within the transport boundary of Mumbai .

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations

    - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

     

    Shift:

    Rotational Night Shift with 2 rotational week offs.
