- Skill : Business Analyst Location : Kochi Interview Date : 8th Mar 25 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Services and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee the development and implementation of business solutions to improve operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues. Ensure that all business processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance business operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of business initiatives. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure that all team members are aligned with business objectives. Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract and analyze data for business insights. Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Services and Business Operations. Have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. Demonstrate excellent English language skills both written and spoken. Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display strong project management and organizational skills. Certifications Required Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) ITIL Foundation Certification,
