Job Description : All works from start till end of an Interior fit-out project - Fluent in English (Mandatory) / Creative Person - Handling Auto CAD, Google sketch-UP, Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop, PPT, Excel, Ms-Word etc.Like Expert - Making the Drawing for construction - Must be able to act as a Designer when required - Making Creative Design concept proposal documents - Handling Drawing documents - Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project. - Research capability for materials - Research capability of market rates - Vendor management - Invoicing management - Handling and preparation of handover documents - Handilng all of Vendors and Clients - Handling MEP, HAVC, Electirical, fire fighting, furniture, ducting, etc. - Must be able to check high Quality,low Quality and detail - Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project. -OurinteriorDesignermust be able to makeDesignConcept proposal through 2D, 3D view.****MandatoryInteriorDesigning+ ConceptDesignproposal skill (without any helping and made by on your own)
