Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsEmployee Services - More into query/case managementImprove workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsPreferably good skills on employee data management processesResolving requests from HRBP and Employees for promotions, employee data changes and mass loads Should be able to work in Shifts and challenging environment Attention to detailsCustomer and quality oriented Manage employee data change and foundational object requestsPerforming promotions, transfer and position maintenance Connect with local payroll/ Hr ops team to solve data related issues Analyze and solve interface / Replication errors to ensure smooth functioning of payroll The Workday Talent Management team is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.
