Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on purchase orders or agreements.
Payment Tracking: Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records with the general ledger.
Client Coordination: Address billing inquiries and discrepancies with clients to ensure resolution.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and transaction logs.
Reporting: Generate regular billing and financial reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all billing activities align with company policies and financial regulations.
