We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, MIS & Reporting You will be responsible to operate a MIS and Reporting for Renewals, this is one of the strategic levers for BP vision 2026. You will be expected to drive data gathering and reporting against the renewal targets set for the year. You will be dealing with structured and unstructured data, where you should be able to provide sharper insights, cutting through the noise, and be able to drive deeper sense. Given this is a new muscle being created, this will require extensive co-ordination with multiple teams corporate reporting teams, vertical FP&A teams, salesforce CRM tool team, contract management team and front-end sales teams. This information will flow into yearly scorecards and hence measuring attainment against the scorecards at the end of the year would be key as well. Responsibilities Own reporting for renewals at various leadership levels Board, GLC, vertical heads, vertical COOs and sales leadership. Derive relevant data insights for the leadership team to help drive business growth and decisions and identify risks. Support performance management for the executive management and sales team for this strategic business lever. This includes setting annual targets for the organization and measuring attainment for the year across management, operations and sales teams. Drive reporting transformation by simplifying and standardizing the reporting process. Understand the complexities that make the data gathering a challenge and work with the ecosystem to explore ways to simplify the same. Develop a strategy for transforming manual reports and automate them using excel macros and Power BI solutions. Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations. Timely pushing the monthly reports for leadership consumption. Support in designing and running other data led projects that help build insights that lead to critical to business decisions. Qualifications we seek in you!
