1. Handle incoming & outgoing calls and maintain an appropriate record in Excel

2.Calling target customers to promote our brands in order to generate business

3. Proper and fluent communication to the potential and existingclients

4. Queries Handling and Ability to convert them into permanent client.

5. Maintaining and analyzing reports of the existing customers.
