- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Next Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and support of ERP Next solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, business process analysis, and technical configuration. This role requires both functional and technical expertise to help businesses optimize their processes using ERP Next. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Configuration: Analyze business requirements and map them to ERPNext functionalities. Configure and deploy ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Accounting. Set up user roles, permissions, workflows, and data structures to ensure system efficiency. Customization & Development: Develop and modify custom modules, reports, and dashboards using Python and Frappe Framework. Implement and manage API integrations with third-party applications. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. System Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERPNext users. Perform system updates, patches, and security enhancements to maintain performance and compliance. Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements. User Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and customizations. Assist clients with best practices for ERPNext adoption and process optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years in ERPNext implementation, customization, and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Frappe Framework, MySQL/MariaDB. ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.). Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional challenges. Communication: Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Preferred: ERPNext certification or experience in multi-company/multi-currency ERP implementations.
