- Position: Merchandiser (Full Time) Location: Kandivali East (Onsite Only) Experience: 2+ Years Package: 2.5 to 3.5 Lacs Company Description Little Lacy India is a leading lingerie and swimwear company specializing in fashionable and essential intimate apparel. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end merchandising process for our lingerie and swimwear collections. This role will involve coordinating with design, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of collections, timely deliveries, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lingerie and swimwear merchandising, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. He / She would be Responsible for: Merchandising & Product Development Work closely with design teams to develop and execute seasonal lingerie and swimwear collections. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences. Develop product strategies, price positioning, and assortment planning based on sales trends. Sourcing & Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for fabrics, trims, and accessories. Negotiate costs, lead times, and terms with suppliers to maintain profitability. Ensure raw material procurement aligns with design requirements and production timelines. Production & Quality Management Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely sample approvals and bulk production execution. Monitor quality control processes and ensure products meet brand and export quality standards. Work on optimizing costs while maintaining product integrity. Sales & Export Coordination Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer demands and ensure availability of key styles. Manage international orders and liaise with export clients, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery. Ensure compliance with export documentation and regulations. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Track inventory levels and demand forecasting to optimize stock management. Work on production planning and reorder strategies to maintain seamless supply chain operations.,
