As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Duties And Responsibilities Assessing and evaluating patient health status Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families Ensuring that patient rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on new developments in healthcare Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent Active nursing license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move patients as needed Ability to operate medical equipment We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
