- Job Description: Looking for candidates who have experience in marketing software products. We have a urgent job opening for (BDM) Business Development Manager profile for Golden Era Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for candidate who Present and sell company services like Web, Software, Application, Android App Development, Design, Digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, SMO, SMM, Adwords, Lead Generation) to potential clients. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure profitable new business. This may include sales/solutions calls, networking/marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, and client meetings. Work closely with consulting team to strategize and build pipelines of quality solutions and has a good sense of technical jargons. Build and maintain strong client relationships with customer base.Build strategic partnerships. Meet regularly with the internal Management to review/coordinate sales efforts, set quarterly goals and build territory business plan. Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada. Other regional languages will be an added advantage. Must have good exposure to software industry and up-to date with latest technologies. Willingness to travel and generating leads. Branding and promotional activities for generating leads. Achieving revenue targets. Experience selling onsite-offshore development services Should be comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.). Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
