Job Description
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into property buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide clients with complete and accurate information on available properties, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Participate in promotional events and networking activities to generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales with a successful sales track record.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
