Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within the HR and recruitment industry.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the business portfolio. Conduct market research to target key industries and businesses for expansion.
- Networking & Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with industry leaders and decision-makers. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build market presence.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with new clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final deal closure.
- Client Retention & Upselling: Develop retention strategies to maintain long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups and client satisfaction assessments.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless transitions for new clients. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service from the start
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or staffing is a plus
