Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role and organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide consultation on recruitment best practices.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the recruitment process.
