    Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead B2B sales in the tea industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea, strong business acumen, and proven experience in corporate sales. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and approach potential corporate clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Product Presentation & Negotiation: Conduct presentations to promote tea products to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals. Order Management: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports. Provide insights and feedback to management for improving sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG or tea industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Skills & Attributes Deep understanding of the tea industry and its products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve targets.
