Job Title: Vice President Operations Location: Delhi Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Job Summary: A company is looking for a seasoned Vice President Operations with 10+ years of leadership experience in managing high-performing bar and restaurant operations. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of excellence in guest service and employee engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated success across finance, culinary, and engineering functions. Requirements: At least 10 years of operational management experience in the F&B or hospitality sector. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities. Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
