Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Chennai. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed, conducting inspections, and supervising construction activities. The role involves effective communication with team members, site workers, and clients to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Qualifications Supervisory skills and Site Supervision experience Proficient in Communication and Inspection techniques Strong knowledge of Construction Safety practices Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is beneficial Experience in managing construction projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
