Job Description
- We are hiring !!!!!!!!!!! Position : Manager / Assistant Manager (Chit Fund Industry) Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Industry: Chit Fund / Financial Services Experience: 5-8 years (Relevant experience in chit fund operations preferred) Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end chit fund operations, including auctions, collections, and fund disbursement. Manage customer relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with the Chit Fund Act and other regulatory guidelines. Handle financial accounting, reconciliation, and cash flow management using Tally/MS Excel. Develop strategies to increase enrollments and expand business operations. Supervise and guide a team of executives, ensuring smooth operations. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of chit fund operations and regulatory compliance. Experience in collections, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial record-keeping. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience in the chit fund, NBFC, or microfinance industry is an advantage.
