- Location: Gurgaon or Pune (No remote options available) Dynasas is seeking a highly motivated and creative fresher to join our marketing team as a Junior Content & Communications Associate. This role is ideal for someone with a background in English, literature, or communications who is eager to kickstart their career in content creation, public relations, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for managing press release workflows, ideating and proofreading content, and ensuring timely publication while supporting the marketing team with social media and copywriting tasks. Responsibilities: Follow up with 20+ CEOs for regular press releases, ensuring deadlines are met. Suggest creative ideas for press releases and corporate announcements in alignment with company goals. Proofread and edit press releases to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical precision. Publish press releases on relevant channels and maintain an organized archive. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and post content on social media platforms. Assist in generating creative and engaging copy for campaigns, websites, and social media. Stay updated with trends in corporate communication and digital content strategies. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing and PR strategies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in English, Literature, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Basic understanding of press releases, including format and structure. Ability to generate creative ideas and work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Technical understanding of content publishing tools and platforms is a plus. Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in content creation, PR, or social media is an advantage but not mandatory. Knowledge of tools like Canva, WordPress, or any content management system is a plus. Work Environment: Based in either Gurgaon or Pune (no remote options available).
