- About Company: Young CEO Entertainment is a platform for local street artists, rappers, musicians, and beat producers to empower them to become their own CEO's and bring them to major audio streaming platforms like Spotify, AppleMusic, JioSaavn etc. Popular streaming platforms like these do not work with artists directly, they only work with distribution companies. That is where we come into the picture. We enable artists to leave the hassles of distribution to us and focus more on their art & creativity! Position: Backend Developer Intern Stipend: 2000 (Performance-Based) Experience: 0-1 years in Backend Development. Location / Address of Company: Shivaji Nagar, Pune Qualifications: Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.E, B.Tech, BSc ( Computer Science), BCA, MSc (Computer Science), MCA. Programming Languages: Node.js & JavaScript: Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript is required. Hands-on experience with frameworks like Express.js is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in a collaborative environment. 2. Database Management: MongoDB: Extensive experience with MongoDB, including expertise in data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization. Candidates should be adept at managing complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, and utilizing MongoDB's advanced features for scalability. 3. API Development: RESTful APIs: Strong skills in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs. A deep understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, and session management is required. Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman is a plus. 4. Version Control: Git: Proficiency in Git, including branching, merging, and managing version control workflows. Experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines and collaborative coding practices is preferred. 6. Testing and Debugging: Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools. 6. Security Best Practices: Web Security: In-depth knowledge of web application security principles, including secure coding practices, data encryption, and protection against common vulnerabilities. 7. Collaboration: Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with the ability to colloborate with the frontend developers and UI/UX Designers. 8. Problem-Solving: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
