- Greetings from Estrella Engineering WE ARE HIRING Job Title: Civil FacultyJob Location: Paravur, KollamJob Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Faculty to join our institute. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Civil Engineering, BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Structural Engineering. Experience in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, conducting practical training, and mentoring students to help them excel in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive classroom sessions and practical training in Civil Engineering, BIM and Structural Engineering Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessments to enhance student learning. Train students on software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Excel. Guide students in project-based learning and case studies relevant to the construction industry. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching. Mentor students in career development and industry certifications. Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or industry experience in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and BIM. Freshers are also welcome. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Primavera, MS Project, and Excel. Knowledge of structural analysis, construction management principles, and cost estimation techniques. Teaching & Communication: Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for mentoring and guiding students. Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications in BIM (Autodesk Certified), Structural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. Experience in conducting workshops and training programs.
