- No. of Vacancies: 2 Job Summary: We are looking to hire a dynamic Senior HR Executive to lead and manage bulk recruitment efforts in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role needs good communication skills, a complete understanding of the BPO industry, and the ability to handle high-volume recruitments with a focus on quality and committed timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring in a BPO setup, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process. Source candidates through multiple channels. (job portals, social media, walk-ins, employee referrals, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and create regular footfall. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely updates. Meet the recruitment targets without deviations. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and maintain a high standard of confidentiality throughout the hiring process. Key Requirements: Minimum 1-4 years of experience in bulk recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment with an excellent understanding of recruitment practices. Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives and meet deadlines effectively. The requirement is urgent and immediate joiners will be preferred.,
