Role: Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst Experience: 3-8+ years Type: Contract Location: Bangalore(Hybrid) Time zone: IST Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience in ServiceMax (SMax) or Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and solution design within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceMax or FSL implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and design solutions. Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively. Conduct user training and support UAT for successful deployments. Create functional specifications, process flows, and other business documentation. Required Skills & Experience: 4-6 years of Business Analyst experience. Strong understanding of ServiceMax (SMax) or Field Service Lightning (FSL). Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred for FSL experience). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
