Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a fresher with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a solid foundation in computer knowledge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. While software testing knowledge is considered an added advantage, we value a willingness to learn and grow in this field. Responsibilities: Testing and Quality Assurance: Execute test cases, identify defects, and report issues to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Documentation: Document test cases, procedures, and results thoroughly for reference and future improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure the alignment of testing efforts. Communication: Clearly communicate testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders, both verbally and in written form. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance methodologies. Requirements: Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a can-do attitude. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in computer fundamentals and basic software applications. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of improvement. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest of defects. Preferred Qualifications: Software Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools is an added advantage.
