- Job Title: Ayurvedic Doctor Company: Sevayu Ayurveda Resort, Havana, Cuba Work Location: Havana, Cuba Position Type: Full Time Our head office is in Canada but the Resort is in Havana, Cuba. We seek a qualified and experienced Ayurvedic Doctor to join our team in Cuba. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to customers seeking Ayurvedic solutions for their health issues. We are looking for Ayurvedic Doctors with minimum 4-5 years experience who are willing to agree for working at our Ayurvedic Resort Sevayu, Havana, Cuba. Responsibilities: Consultations: Conduct thorough customer/patient consultations and addressing their health concerns and queries. Assessment of Health Issues: Analyze and assess customers" health issues based on Ayurvedic principles, taking into consideration their medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms. Medication Guidance: Recommend and prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and supplements to address specific health conditions, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of online consultations, treatment plans, and customer interactions. Ability to maintain: sensitive and confidential information. Strong work ethics. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from a recognized institution. Passion for Ayurveda and holistic wellness Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt 4 year clinical experience in Ayurveda Responsibilities: Assist in Ayurvedic Therapies: Provide traditional Ayurvedic treatments to clients. Learn and apply therapeutic techniques, including massages, herbal treatments, and lifestyle consultations. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their health concerns and preferences. Guide Ayurvedic practices and lifestyle modifications for overall well-being. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client consultations and treatment plans. Assist in the preparation of individualized wellness programs based on Ayurvedic principles. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies and practices. Stay updated on the latest developments in Ayurveda and holistic wellness. Collaboration with Team: Collaborate with the Ayurvedic team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client care. Contribute positively to the overall work environment and team dynamics. Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Ensure that treatment rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained. Assist in organizing and maintaining an orderly and serene atmosphere within the therapy area. Perks: Flight tickets, accommodation, and meals provided by the company.
