Java Developer Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner. Implement security and data protection solutions. Integrate with third-party APIs and web services. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies and frameworks. Optimize application performance and scalability. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Java SE/EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
