JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

• Set and achieve sales targets for the branch. 
• Manage the sales pipeline, identifying potential customers and closing deals. 
• Oversee daily branch operations, including staff scheduling and performance management. 
• Develop and execute local marketing plans to attract new customers. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team on brand awareness initiatives. 
• Utilize digital marketing tools to reach target audiences 
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
