What are we looking for We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Real Estate Manager - Sales to lead and manage our real estate sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive project sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients to maximise sales opportunities. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and other legal requirements in the real estate sector. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and branding strategies. Drive customer engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Provide sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the management for decision-making. What are we looking for : Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong network and relationships with brokers, investors, and high-net-worth clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of Punes real estate market and buyer preferences. Proven experience in team management, sales forecasting, and revenue growth. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
