Job Objective :
- The role holder is responsible for managing the Strategic Business of SEFL ( relationship size > Rs. 5 Cr.) for the location, with a view to maximize profitability, increase market share, improve operational efficiency and enhance client relationship
Business Outcomes :
- Liaison with Zonal and State managers to formulate the strategies for sourcing businesses and accordingly detail-out
the business plan for the financial year
- Build networks and strategic alliances with manufacturers,dealers to drive business development, profitability and
productivity of Strategic business
- Maintain and enhance relations with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity,
growth and collections; expand share of wallet from key customers
- Identify other new business opportunities such as new products, cross sell initiatives, partnerships etc to drive market penetration
- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets
- Work closely with the RSME team to enhance customer relationship and upgrade customer to strategic group.
- Drive process and system improvements to improve the TAT
- Build strong customer service platform and processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries
Risk, Process & Compliance :
- Ensure process adherence, TAT improvement and & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence for Strategic, IT & Health care businesses
- Collate and review all MIS reports on average productivity,number of dealers etc. and takes corrective actions in case of variation.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
