We're Hiring: Head of Design (Apparel & Home) Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR Experience: 12+ years Company: The Baby Trunk | Triburg Retail Ventures Are you a visionary designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically appealing products in the baby and kids segment We are looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead the creative vision for apparel & home categories at The Baby Trunk. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Creative Direction: Define and drive the brand's design philosophy across apparel and home categories. Market & Trend Analysis: Research global and local trends to develop innovative, trend-forward collections. Product Development: Oversee end-to-end design, from concept to final product, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Vendor & Material Sourcing: Identify and work with the right suppliers to bring designs to life efficiently. Consumer-Centric Approach: Keep customer preferences at the core of all design decisions. Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure all products meet safety and ethical standards while being environmentally responsible. What We're Looking For: 12+ years of experience in apparel/home design, preferably in the luxury or export retail brands for the baby/kids category. Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and production techniques. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and comfort. Experience in managing and mentoring a team. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software. A trendsetter who can translate global insights into designs for our target audience.
