- Job Description : Senior Marketing Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Company as Marketing Head - Auminium Extrusions Industry . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, particularly in Aluminium Extrusions. Role & Responsibilities : - Sales & Marketing of Aluminium Extrusions: Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our Aluminium Extrusions products, meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Preparing and Submitting Offers, Quotations, and Following-Up: Prepare comprehensive offers and quotations, diligently follow up until order realization, and analyze reasons for lost quotes/orders to refine strategies. - Building Customer Relations: Maintain healthy relations with existing customers while actively developing new contacts. Conduct regular customer visits, prepare visit reports, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Expanding Market Share: Develop and implement strategies to expand our market share amidst competition, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation. timely collection to optimize cash flow. - Addressing Customer Issues: Act as a point of contact for customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Forecasting Monthly Requirements: Analyze market trends and customer demands to forecast monthly requirements accurately, facilitating efficient production planning and inventory management. - Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales processes, customer service, and product offerings to enhance overall business performance. Qualifications and Skills : - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically in Aluminum Extrusions or related industries. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
