Job Description

Oversee all project-related activities, including resource allocation, process setup, and optimization for cost and utilization.

Develop, execute, and monitor team deliverables.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow implementation.

Maximize revenue and minimize costs.

Motivate and uplift team morale.

Train and create growth opportunities for subordinates.

Manage employee relations, conduct skip-level meetings, and improve employee connectivity.

Build and maintain an environment of trust, fairness, and organizational values.

Proficient in analytical skills and data analysis using Excel.

Skilled in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.

Willingness to work various shifts and weekends as per organizational needs.

Basic understanding of key financial evaluations and sensitivity to managing process P&L.

Develop strategies and understand operational metrics like attrition and service levels.

Ability to create staffing and scheduling models, and prepare root cause analysis (RCA) and improvement action plans.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
