As MongoDB administrator, you will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the databases housed in both MongoDB and Cassandra. Responsibilities: Strong experience on Installation, Configuration, provisioning of MongoDB and Cassandra clusters. Strong Experience in Sharding and Replication Fine-tune configurations - MongoDB and Cassandra servers for performance improvement. Maintain database systems, ensuring best practice processes are followed and service levels are met. Performance tuning of both MongoDB and Cassandra systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors. Good knowledge of Aggregation Framework, Indexing, Replication, Sharding and Server & Application Administration. Good knowledge of Mongodump, Mongo restore, Filesystem snapshots and MongoDB cloud manager or equivalent mechanism Designing DR (Disaster Recovery)/COB (Continuity of Business) plans Disk usage, CPU, Memory check Alerting knowledge on troubleshooting ( Read Write Latency Issues) Monitoring at Server, Database, Collection Level, and Various Monitoring Tools related to MongoDB and Cassandra Experience in Rolling Database Upgrades Experience working on Linux platform,
