Job Description
- We are seeking a Compliance Specialist Intern to join RMC Switchgears Limited in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Regulations and other relevant laws and standards. Support the preparation and coordination of board meetings, including materials and minutes. Maintain thorough and updated records pertaining to regulatory compliance and legal matters. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent compliance and regulatory practices. Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and reports as required by authorities. Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory environment to keep the organization updated. Requirements: Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and interact with team members and stakeholders. Keen understanding of compliance requirements. Familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures, especially those interacting with SEBI Guidelines. Ability to organize and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks. Proficient in maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance adherence. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and reliability in all compliance documents and processes.
