- Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist Company: KIWI Kisan Window, Pvt. Ltd. Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads) to manage, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns for KIWI Kisan Window's D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, maximizing ROI, and ensuring budget efficiency while collaborating across teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement monthly performance marketing strategies with accurate forecasts. Develop and execute PPC advertising strategies across Meta Ads, and other platforms to meet business objectives and KPIs. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition, making data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.Maintain a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2 or higher. Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns and ensure consistency across digital channels. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices to inform strategies. Provide regular reports and insights, showcasing the impact of campaigns on business growth. Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options to stay ahead of the competition. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in D2C., with a strong focus on Meta Ads. Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns with measurable results. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
