Job Title: OEM Marketing Head Salary Range: 50 LPA (CTC) Work Location: Delhi Experience: 15-18 years Division/Department: OEM Reports to: MD Position Overview : The OEM Sales Head will lead the sales strategy and operations for Steelbird International, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive sector. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies Develop and execute high-impact OEM marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing industry, ensuring sustainable business growth. 2. Build and Maintain OEM Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key decision-makers in the automotive sector. Lead contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market positioning. Oversee the entire OEM sales cycle, from lead generation and business acquisition to project execution and after-sales support Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. 1. Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring Drive market intelligence initiatives to analyze customer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging industry trends Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, customer requirements and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly. 2. Team Leadership and Development: Develop training programs and sales tools to enhance the team's effectiveness. 3. Sales Performance and Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial goals. Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, quality standards, and commercial policies in all OEM transactions. 4. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management. 5. Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and new product development. Act as the voice of the customer within the company to ensure products meet OEM specifications and expectations. Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to align product development with market demands. Key Skills & Competencies: Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
