Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Team Lead to oversee radiologist onboarding, software training, coordination workflow ,post- sales management and overall operational efficiency. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and optimizing workflows for our teleradiology, PACS, and billing software solutions. Key Responsibilities Radiologist Onboarding & Management Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process of radiologists, ensuring smooth integration into Ezewoks teleradiology network. Software Training & Support Conduct training sessions for radiologists, healthcare professionals, and internal teams on Ezewoks PACS, teleradiology, and billing software. Operational Oversight Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency in case reporting, image processing, and service delivery. Process Optimization Identify gaps in workflows and implement strategies for improved operational efficiency and turnaround time. Client Coordination Work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiologists to address operational challenges and enhance user experience. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure adherence to medical imaging standards, data security protocols, and regulatory compliance. Team Leadership & Performance Management Supervise and guide the operations team to maintain high service standards and meet organizational goals. Issue Resolution Act as the primary point of contact for operational concerns, troubleshooting technical and process-related issues. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Work alongside Tech, Sales, and Customer Support teams to enhance product functionality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years in operations, healthcare IT, telemedicine, or a related field. Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or relevant domain. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of teleradiology, PACS, and medical software solutions. Tech-Savvy: Experience with healthcare software, AI-driven imaging tools, and digital workflow systems, MS Excel and presentation skill. Communication & Leadership: Excellent ability to train professionals, manage teams, and coordinate with stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
