Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the State Head for Gold Loan DSA/Agent/Connector Channel , Location : All State Capitals .SahiBandhu Fintech is Headquartered in Gurugram. The role involves managing and developing the gold loan distribution network, driving business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in building DSA,Agent , Connector channel preferred in Loans or other BFSI products preferred. Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills Experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of gold loan products and services is a plus not mandatory. Ability to strategize and drive results Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,
