    Requirements Description and Requirements Venue Details :- Gate no-1 YMCA Education Center, 2 & 3, Jai Singh Marg, Hanuman Road Area, Connaught Place, New Delhi Walk-In Date:22nd Feb 2025 Timing: 10 PM-4 PM Role & Responsibilities Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service. Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting. Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality. Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems. Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored. Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed. Preferred Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) . Excellent communication skills Knowldge of ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment Graduation not required Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs. Exclusions: Undergraduate Fresher are not eligible/Graduate freshers with Non Technical education are not eligible. Perks And Benefits Medicare Facilities. Salary ranges from 3.2 to 5 LPA. Both side cab facilities.
