Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Expericence in Healthcare or Hospital sales Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales plans Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any science degree , pharma background Proven experience in sales and account management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel frequently within the region Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Application Question(s): How many years of experience in Healthcare or medical related sales Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Required) Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Required) Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
