- Job Title: Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Location: Delhi-NCR (Hybrid) About the Role: StaffAnchor is a growing recruitment agency, and we are looking for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to join our early-stage team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a startup from the ground up and grow into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple hiring mandates across Sales, Marketing, and Operations domains. Work closely with clients, ensuring successful placements and client retention. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively. Handle end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of hiring projects and contribute to scaling the business. Who We're Looking For: Experience: 2-5 years in a recruitment agency. Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of hiring in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Client Management: Prior experience in client handling and retention. Growth Mindset: Someone who wants to become a Team Lead in the near future. Availability: Must be based in Delhi-NCR and comfortable with a hybrid work setup (attending in-office meetings as needed).
