Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about the courses and programs offered by Medhavi Skills University.
- Guide potential students through the admission process and answer queries related to course content, eligibility, and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and student interactions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes and enhance student experience.
- Address any concerns or complaints from potential students and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated with university offerings and market trends to effectively communicate with potential students.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the education sector, is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
