- We are hiring on behalf of a leading catering company for their head office in SaudiArabia, we are looking for adept and talented individuals to meet our client's growing requirements Work Location: On-Site, Riyadh, SaudiArabia Position: Personal / Executive Secretary for company CEO Responsibilities: Various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and organizing files. Ticketing for company officials and making necessary travel arrangements Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals. Exercise discretion and maintain the confidentiality of information. Prioritize Tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Interact with executives, colleagues, and clients. Qualifications: -Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. -5+ Years of relevant experience. -Proficient in email systems & other digital communication tools.
