Job Description: Delegate Acquisition Executive
We are looking to hire dynamic candidates for the Production department in the role of Delegate Acquisition Executive within our Sales (Inside Sales) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire delegates for webinars, events, and conferences.
- Reach out to potential delegates via phone calls to provide detailed information about upcoming conferences.
- Send official invitations to delegates for events and webinars.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals, fostering strong relationships and networking.
- Invite delegates to attend webinars, events, conferences, and other related activities.
Candidate Criteria:
- For Freshers:
- Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + incentives ranging from 5,000 - 40,000.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- For Experienced Candidates:
- Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month + incentives ranging from 5,000 - 40,000.
- Proven experience in sales and strong communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Any Under-Graduate, Graduate, or Post-Graduate.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Confident, positive, and determined approach with the ability to convince and engage delegates.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).
