    Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - HR Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Location: Mumbai Experience: 12-15 years CTC: 34 LPA About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager - HR to lead and manage HR operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement, ensuring smooth HR operations, and driving a people-centric culture. This role requires a strong leader who can manage HR teams across five cities and implement best practices in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for a fast-paced QSR environment. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs to attract and retain top talent. Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure seamless HR processes from hire to retire, including performance management, promotions, transfers, and exits. Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and build leadership pipelines. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, incentives, and benefits to ensure competitive employee packages. Performance Management: Implement and monitor appraisal systems, ensuring performance-driven culture across all locations. HR Analytics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals. Key Requirements: 12-15 years of HR experience, preferably in the QSR, retail, hospitality industry. Strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Proven experience managing multi-location HR teams. Deep understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance in India. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset.,
