    Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

    Location: Sector-62, Noida (India Office)

    Shift: UK Shift

     

    Role Overview

    The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, boost organic traffic, and build a strong brand reputation. The role will be instrumental in shaping M2HSE Trainings digital footprint, ensuring sustained brand growth, and driving customer acquisition to position the company as a leader in the industry.

    The ideal candidate will independently manage all facets of digital marketing, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to achieve measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary marketing leader to make a significant impact and contribute directly to the company's growth trajectory.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    Digital Advertising

    • Design, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to maximize lead generation.
    • Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and refine strategies for optimal ROI.
    • Develop A/B testing strategies for creative and ad copy to ensure campaign effectiveness.
    • Experiment with emerging advertising platforms or innovative marketing techniques to diversify lead-generation channels.

     

    SEO and Organic Traffic Growth

    • Create and implement data-driven SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to align with business objectives and customer search intent.
    • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building, meta tags, and content structure.
    • Collaborate with content teams to develop high-quality, keyword-rich articles, blogs, and landing pages.

     

    Social Media Management

    • Build a robust presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter [now X]).
    • Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform, focusing on user engagement and lead generation.
    • Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, addressing inquiries promptly, and participating in relevant industry conversations.
    • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and analytics to stay ahead of the curve.

     

    Analytics and Performance Metrics

    • Track and report marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, ad ROI, organic traffic growth, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Zoho Marketing Suite, and others to gather actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Establish benchmarks for growth and implement dashboards to visualize progress. 

     

    Reputation Management

    • Ensure M2HSE Training maintains and enhances its 5-star Trustpilot rating by actively monitoring reviews and feedback.
    • Address negative feedback professionally and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively develop strategies to amplify positive customer testimonials and case studies across digital channels.

     

    Collaboration and Creative Input

    • Work closely with the in-house graphic designer to develop visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
    • Align creative outputs with the company's branding guidelines and campaign objectives.

     

    Strategic Implementation

    • Balance immediate marketing objectives (e.g., targeted ads, quick lead generation) with long-term growth strategies (e.g., content marketing, organic traffic expansion).
    • Identify emerging marketing opportunities and innovative tools to keep M2HSE ahead of the competition.

     

    Requirements

     

    Educational Background

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, or a related field is required.
    • A Masters degree or MBA in Marketing/Business will be an advantage.

     

    Certifications

    • Google Ads Certification
    • Facebook Blueprint Certification
    • SEO certifications from reputed platforms (e.g., SEMrush Academy, Moz, or Yoast)
    • Additional certifications in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

     

    Skills and Expertise

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools:
    • Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and Zoho Marketing Suite.
    • Social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
    • Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms.
    • Strong command of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and SEM strategies.
    • Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills.
    • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
