Desired Candidate Profile
- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior.
- General administration and overall supervision of teaching programs.
- Supervision of students welfare, health and security services.
- Supervision and guidance of teaching staff including organization of in-service education of staff.
- Responsibility for organizing workload of staff including teaching assignments.
- Recruitment of staff and admission of students.
- Responsibility for conduct of examinations.
- Review and revision of policies, rules, regulations & philosophy of the ITI College.
- Performing public relations duties for the ITI College.
- Procurement of ITI College equipments, supplies, stationery.
- Preparation of budgetary proposals.
- Participation in the ITI Colleges committee work.
- Participation in teaching programs.
- Planning for development of the ITI College.
- Planning academic calendars for the ITI College.
- Designing creative new programs and restructuring old ones.
- Making both daily decisions as well as long-term decisions.
- Handling of the ITI College budget.
- To follow the instructions given by the management.
- Capability to diagnose the ongoing problems in the ITI College and the way to solve them.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- The candidate should have good subjective and descriptive knowledge of Management Subjects like:

e. Marketing Management

Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, Automobile
