Job Description

Site Management:
- Oversee daily operations on the site, including work schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

Personnel Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide guidance and training to site personnel as needed.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among site workers.

Resource Management:
- Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure efficient use and avoid delays.
- Order and monitor the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and site conditions.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Safety Management:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on site.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report and investigate accidents or incidents, and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Coordination and Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the site and project management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other site supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
